1. For a healthy person without any health conditions: we recommend taking one dose per day, mixing 5 ml of SAC® with 500 ml of water and taken on an empty stomach  

2. For patients with chronic conditions: we recommend taking one dose twice per day, mixing 5 ml of SAC® with 500 ml of water and taken on an empty stomach  

  3. For children: we recommend taking one half-dose per day, mixing 2.5 ml of SAC® with 300 ml of water and taken on an empty stomach

There is no recommended maximum daily dose for our product. 

Please refer to appropriate sources for the latest information about the principles and guidelines of adequate dietary intake of calcium and supplementary ingredients listed on the product. 

Our supplements must be taken on an empty stomach to prevent interaction with food and strong stomach acid. We suggest taking the dose 1 hour (or at least 30 minutes) before meals. Some people prefer to take our products first thing in the morning (before breakfast) and some prefer to take it between meals. Since SAC® may induce frequent urination, we recommend it be taken before bed.

Products must be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Depending on the storage temperature, precipitation may naturally accumulate in the bottom of the bottle. This will dissolve upon shaking and does not affect the potency of the product.

When the product is unsealed, used, and closed in normal circumstances, the products are guaranteed to perform as intended for six months.

But when the product is opened and left unclosed, the product can last up to 7 days but loses the potency. Do not leave it open.

We recommend a 1:100 ratio of SAC® to water for optimum absorption by diffusion. Mixing the product with less water does not make the solution stronger, but does decrease the absorption rate, making it less effective. The interaction between water molecules and SAC® makes SAC® absorbable. Taking SAC® without mixing it with water will render it ineffective.

Once mixed, we recommend that the product be taken within one hour. However, for dialysis patients with kidney problems, intake may be spread out over many hours, as long as the stomach is empty.

In addition to 28 types of minerals, raw material contains over 50 types, including trace minerals. However, due to limitations of the analytic device, many of these minerals may not be analyzed in most cases. Moreover, the processing is compounded by usage at only 1/200 of its capacity.

Initially, Magnesium and Zinc are artificially added because they are generally necessary supplements. While our product focuses primarily on Calcium rather than minerals in general, it's worth noting that minerals are mostly obtainable through a balanced diet.

In marketing our product, emphasizing its mineral content might overshadow the significance of SAC®, so it's preferable to promote it as produced using SAC®, even though it is officially Selenium.
